طريقة إرسال الطلب
- افتح Ludo Sort وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب المطلوب.
- افتح الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والدعم ← حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ أثر الحذف ثم اختر طلب الحذف وأكّد الطلب.
- بعد تأكيد استلام الطلب، تنتهي جلسة الحساب على جهازك. لا يلزم رقم طلب أو متابعة إلزامية.
إذا لم يظهر زر حذف الحساب، حدّث اللعبة إلى أحدث إصدار متاح لك. يمكنك التواصل مع support@atrakt-trade.com للمساعدة في الوصول إلى حسابك أو بدء طلب خارجي بعد التحقق من ملكيته. لا يلزمك حفظ رقم طلب أو متابعة التنفيذ.
من يمكنه طلب الحذف؟
حساب الضيف والحساب المرتبط بفيسبوك يتبعان المسار نفسه. الجلسة الموثقة داخل اللعبة تثبت السيطرة على الحساب. معرّف اللاعب وحده، إذا أُرسل خارجيًا، ليس إثبات ملكية كافيًا.
ما الذي تشمله العملية؟
تشمل العملية حساب اللعبة وملفه والتقدم والإحصاءات والمخزون والأرصدة الافتراضية والأصدقاء والدعوات وعضوية الغرف والمباريات. تُحذف بياناتك أو تُزال هويتك من السجلات المشتركة، مع الحفاظ على بيانات اللاعبين الآخرين. تنتهي جلسة الحساب الحالية بمجرد تأكيد استلام الطلب، ثم تستمر المعالجة في الخلفية.
ماذا قد نحتفظ به؟
قد نحتفظ بأقل قدر لازم من أدلة المعاملات أو مكافحة الاحتيال أو السجلات التي يوجب القانون الاحتفاظ بها، مع تقييد استخدامها ومدة بقائها. قد تبقى نسخ محدودة مؤقتًا في النسخ الاحتياطية إلى أن تدور دورة الحذف الخاصة بالمزوّد. حذف بيانات Ludo Sort لا يحذف حساب فيسبوك أو سجل شراء Apple لدى Apple.
المدة والتأكيد
بعد تأكيد استلام طلبك، يُغلق الحساب وتنتهي جلستك الحالية فورًا. نُكمل إزالة بياناتك المرتبطة أو إخفاء هويتها خلال 30 يومًا، أو المدة الأقصر التي يفرضها القانون، دون فترة انتظار أو تراجع إلزامية. إذا احتجنا تمديدًا يسمح به القانون، نوضح السبب قبل انتهاء المهلة. يمكنك بدء اللعب بحساب جديد بعد إنهاء الجلسة؛ لن يستعيد الحساب الجديد تقدم الحساب المحذوف.
قبل أن تؤكد
قد يكون الحذف نهائيًا ويزيل التقدم والمخزون والعملات الافتراضية والأصدقاء وسجل المباريات. لا يمكن تحويل هذه العناصر إلى حساب آخر بعد اكتمال الحذف.
How to submit
- Open Ludo Sort and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Account.
- Review the impact, choose Request deletion, and confirm.
- After the request is confirmed, the account session ends on your device. No request number or mandatory follow-up is needed.
If Delete Account is absent, update to the latest build available to you. Contact support@atrakt-trade.com for help accessing the account or initiating an external request after ownership verification. You do not need to retain a request number or follow its progress.
Who can request deletion?
Guest and Facebook-linked accounts use the same process. The authenticated in-game session proves control of the account. A Player ID sent outside the game is not sufficient proof of ownership by itself.
What is included?
The process covers your game account, profile, progress, statistics, inventory, virtual balances, friends, invitations, and room or match membership. Your information is deleted or your identity is removed from shared records while preserving other players' information. Your current account session ends as soon as receipt of the request is confirmed, and processing continues in the background.
What may be retained?
We may keep the minimum transaction, anti-fraud, or legally required evidence, with restricted use and retention. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups until a provider's deletion cycle completes. Deleting Ludo Sort data does not delete your Facebook account or Apple's copy of App Store purchase history.
Timing and confirmation
Once receipt is confirmed, your account closes and your current session ends immediately. Associated data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, or any shorter period required by law, without a mandatory waiting or reversal period. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain why before the deadline. You can start playing with a new account after the session ends; the new account will not restore the deleted account's progress.
Before confirming
Deletion may be permanent and remove progress, inventory, virtual currency, friends, and match history. These items cannot be moved to another account after deletion is complete.
